I launched an <a href=\"https:\/\/theswitchboard.substack.com\/p\/in-search-of-a-home-for-content\">Intranet<\/a>, reimagined <a href=\"https:\/\/theswitchboard.substack.com\/p\/hosting-epic-all-hands\">All Hands<\/a>, developed <a href=\"https:\/\/theswitchboard.substack.com\/p\/nine-steps-to-employee-newsletter\">employee newsletters,<\/a> drafted executive talking points, built communities and created <a href=\"https:\/\/theswitchboard.substack.com\/p\/-editorial-wishes-and-calendar-dreams\">editorial calendars<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Be(e) Orange at Spin<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I created culture-building initiatives for Be(e) Orange, an organic movement at Spin with a focus on skill building, Diversity Equity &amp; Inclusion, Employee Resource Groups, mental health, holidays and values. I empowered employee ambassadors to organize 50+ events in 2020. I also partnered with Design to create the <a href=\"https:\/\/theswitchboard.substack.com\/p\/inventing-an-internal-brand-mascot\">internal mascot<\/a> and a suite of materials to accompany it, including conversation cards and a puzzle.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My favorite programs included a <a href=\"https:\/\/theswitchboard.substack.com\/p\/why-you-should-start-planning-your\">&#8220;howl-i-day&#8221; pet show<\/a>, a global artisanal honey tasting, a custom milestone puzzle and a Spin Can Cook series. I also ghostwrote a <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.spin.pm\/world-mental-health-day-encouraging-our-employees-to-recharge-in-new-work-from-home-environment-8abfbac736b4\">blog post<\/a> in partnership with the Spin team to share the impact of these initiatives on the employee experience.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/h4>\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Onboarding Systems<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<h4>\r\n\r\n<\/h4>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I facilitated cross-functional teams to develop welcome packets and onboarding processes. At Spin, I led the Welcome Week team to create a suite of materials for employees to receive each day and created an Intranet site for new employees and managers to access information.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h4>\r\n\r\n<\/h4>\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\r\n\r\n<\/h4>\r\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Team Trainings and Templates<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<h4>\r\n\r\n<\/h4>\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I developed organization-wide curriculums for learning opportunities, off-sites and gatherings. I created templates and processes to support project management and planning for Communications teams.
